Hey guys, this is Matt with My Florida Home Buyers. I’m at a house in Clermont, down in the Montverde area. And just doing some finishing up on this house. It’s almost ready to list for sale. Just got a bathroom vent fan to put in and gotta finish up some cleaning and stuff and this one will be ready to go. It’s actually a pretty big house. It’s, I think four bedrooms, three baths. Something like that. And like 2,500 square feet. And there’s also a pool. Let’s see if I can show you the pool. Right here. So there’s a nice screened in pool area out there. Interesting thing about this house is, it sits on like three acres, but back there along the woods, the previous owner was dumping construction debris for like, I don’t know, two or three years. He I guess is in the construction business. And he wasn’t living here, already bought a new house. And every time he had something to dump, instead of taking it to the dump, he would put it back here.
So we ended up having to bring in three or four dumpsters and I think it ended up being like 30 to 40 tons of stuff that we had to haul out of here. We had to bring a tractor down and all that. So let me take you outside and show you the pool area real quick. So here’s the pool area. Very nice pool here. Nice, big backyard. And actually, the property goes back … That’s actually the halfway point. The property actually goes back twice as far, it’s just wooded back there. And then there’s a nice little patio here.
